Return and Refund Policy

3. Order Cancellations

Please note that technical support or file replacement does not qualify an order for a cash refund or credit.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team to resolve technical difficulties will be contested using our order logs, digital delivery tracking, and this clear store policy. We reserve the right to report fraudulent dispute claims to relevant payment processors and authorities.
